Always is. I hope they sell enough real estate and get enough membership to keep it that way

I'd like to move there. In a year we'll go check out lots, and at least get a slice off one of the fairways.

Wouldn't be able to build for a while though.

ETA: What are the places like out there size wise?

They'll be available. They have a lot of development planned and are still in phase 1 3 years later

The lots are nothing special, but I'm sure there are a few decent sized ones. Houses if I had to guess are at least 3000 square feet. No real mansions out there but some nice houses.

Depends on location. I would want to live across water from a par 3. Figure my stuff could be safe there.

I want a pool and I don't want tan lines

Anyway to get fitted for free? Our big specialty store here charges $100 for an hour fitting. They have top notch employees and technicians, so I understand the charge. I just don't have that to spare. Our Dick's guy is a complete airhead and same with most of the other stores. Should I give TGW's headquarters a shot.

I just got an email from golftec saying they are doing callaway fittings during "callaway week" this week. Didn't say anything about purchase required...

Thats what I thought, but I figure the information such as flex, weight, length, and lie could be translated to any manufacturer, no? I honestly don't have a clue haha
