Or nah? #43 & 44 for MVPete tonight. He’s gonna have a 10+ WAR season. Not even the most homer Cubs fans thought he would be THIS dam elite. 3-4, 2 HR & a triple…kinda hard to get to 40 steals doing that bullshite. Chill bruh

My point is singular years performances don’t necessarily reflect if a player is better or not.

He’s has about 100 more at bats. If Ohtani wasn’t injured and had 100 more at bats he’d be neck and neck in all of those stats. And that would be considered a down hitting year for Ohtani.

PCA was a 30/30 guy last year. Don’t act like this is some Brady Anderson shite. And he’s 24 years old. He will be an 8 WAR player for the next 6-8 years

A healthy Ohtani is the best player in baseball. PCA has a career .250 average.
