The NBC broadcast for ND games is horrific now.
Who's thought it was a good idea to pair two guys brand new to the booth for a premier announcing slot. It genuinely sounds like a fancy high school broadcast.
NBC used to have one of the cleanest broadcasts in CFB, but it's now absolute amateur hour.
I guess coincidentally it matches the team now.

The 2005 USC game is still the pinnacle of the green jersey in recent memory.
It's also still one of the best CFB games I've ever seen.

Charlie Weis couldn't wait to bust out the green jerseys when he became coach because he was at THE green jersey game in the 70's against USC.
But at least he broke them out against #1 undefeated two-time defending national champions.
Not against fricking Cal. I guess the green jerseys are just going to be a regular rotation now with no special meaning.
