I keep reading that game was boring. I cant say because as an LSU that was one the most intense 4 hours of football i have ever seen.

So fans of shite teams, regardless of whether or not you want rematch. Did you find the first LSU/Bama game mind numbing boring like many sports writers do?

Not boring but far from the game of the century.

I thought it was a great game but I will rip my eyes out if I have to witness another one.

Not boring, but not entertaining either.

Started out good and intense...and physical.

But frankly there comes a time when "two great defenses" becomes "two scared and conservative offenses."

It felt both teams started to play not to lose after halftime and that got real boring.

I enjoyed the game. Yes it was ugly, but you could tell it was two great teams squaring off. You don't need a ton of points to make it a good game. In this game, simply the defenses controlled the offenses.

It was a very boring game. It was just a game of field position. The game was definitely missing a quality qb whose coach would allow him to make plays instead of manage the game.

if you're not a Bama or LSU fan, for sure.

it was far from one this season's most entertaining games. Michigan/Notre Dame and Stanford/USC come to mind.

I enjoyed it. I can't imagine why anyone thought it wouldn't be a hard fought defensive game in the first place. Both of those teams have an excellent defense and had two weeks to prepare for it. Makes you wonder what a 30+ day lay off will produce if they end up playing again. The rematch is most likely gonna happen, can't say I agree with that though.

If you call Big Ten football boring, you have to call this game boring imo.

I loved it. A throwback game that was common in the 1950s.
Comparison. The greatest baseball game I ever saw in real life was Astros v. Cubs back in the 60s. It was 1-0 after extra innings. Ken Holtzman v. a bunch of Astro pitchers. The intensity was incredible. No one left the stadium. When Holtzman was removed in the 10th after giving up his first hit he got a standing ovation from the Astro fans.
