No coach can be hired without the NCAAs approval. The stipulations announced yesterday were made after extensive talks between Mcneese and the NCAA. This idiot has no idea what he’s talking about.

It’s a good area to recruit, especially for that league, he’s got the HS basketball tourney there and he will get some surprising transfers from players he’s previously recruited.
