Wait has the coach in question already had Covid? If so can’t a medical exemption be granted?

Nope. Unvaccinated coaches will all be fired. They are 100% useless under the current nfl rules

Fringe unvaccinated players will all be fired and replaced with vaccinated players as well. The nfl is the highest profile Corp doing this, but it’s coming everywhere. In September, Louisiana’s largest employer will begin doing this as announced by the CEO on Thursday

Ochsner, the largest health system in the state, says it will soon make it mandatory for all of its employees to have their COVID shots. Although in all states schools have long required certain immunizations, as well as many private health care employers, the suggestion of mandating the COVID-19 vaccine so far has been met with sharp debate. “We’re just concerned about legal action being taken if we go to a mandatory vaccine prior to the EUA being lifted,” Warner Thomas, Ochsner CEO said.
So everyone needs to get prepared what they are going to do

Get the shot, get fired and fall into poverty, or take up their muskets and form a new country

What good is he to the org?

This is one of the more retarded things I’ve read on this website. Vaccination status has literally zero to do with usefulness.

I don’t know. A large portion of the vaccinated population appears to be incapable of critical thinking which is a useful trait in any coaching candidate

When not being vaccinated means you aren’t allowed on the field or in the facility it does.

The fringe roster players absolutely will be at risk for getting cut if they don’t get vaccinated and are a risk for the team not worth the reward of being on the roster from the teams perspective
I have also read this, whether I agree with it or not.

It’s common sense given the NFL protocols that were handed down. I’m getting downvoted by a few numb nuts for simply stating the obvious

Imagine reading this sentence 5 years ago when anti-vaxxers were primarily poorly-educated granola nutjobs in Oregon and eastern Washington state or religious cultists in Kentucky or West Virginia.

Fast-forward to today and most of the members of the second biggest political party in this country thinks they are both brilliant and sophisticated for refusing.

As observed in prior weeks, Black and Hispanic people have received smaller shares of vaccinations compared to their shares of cases and compared to their shares of the total population in most states
