I believe he used to play for the Denver broncos back in the late 80s but I might be wrong

Players don’t have to be vaccinated. Coaches are required.

So is it required for the staff?
I doubt they will cut players for it,but if someone’s on the bubble, it may happen.
You got to think that the coaches wouldn’t be too keen on keeping someone that will be tested more and therefore have a greater chance to test positive. Having to forfeit a game could cost you a playoff birth.
I realize the vaccine only lowers the chance of catching it,it doesn’t mean you won’t get it though. The bigger deal is not having to be tested as much though, if that’s even true

Unvaccinated coaches aren't allowed to be on the field. What good is he to the org?
He has the freedom to not get vaccinated and the team has the freedom to fire him

Teams aren’t going to risk a forfeit for middle and bottom of the roster players

They could've just fired him after last season if they wanted to and it's going to bring the wrath of anti-vaxxers so probably not an excuse.

With the amount of money on the line (millions) if a game is canceled anyone not irreplaceable will get the ax.
