Again. He could have "gunned it" to avoid a crazy mother fricker running toward him. It can be argued Tony was trying to save the guys life. Tony did all he could to help the poor soul.

I think most would agree that he should sit out today. The only thing I can compare it to is Ricky Rudd accidentally killing one of Bill Elliot's crew members on pit road, and he had a full offseason to shake that off.
