Your argument is that because Smoke gets angry at other drivers and reporters he is a murder. Based on your argument the Bush brothers should have killed more people than Hitler.

dude...i never said anything close to this. I never once said he was a murderer.

Only things I have said were I think he is hot headed, an a-hole (on the track), he probably tried to intimidate Ward, and that I thought he could see him. The first 2 aren't really debateable the last 2 are.

Like I said continue on with your predetermined opinions.

Stewart was in front of Kevin and Kevin hit the wall. There aren't rear view mirrors. He may have not know that Kevin wrecked.

There was not radio communications.

So continue on with your bullshite theories.

Edited to add: The sprint race on Saturday night was not a NASCAR sanctioned event despite what everyone thinks.

he has had anger management issues for most of his career. A google search of articles only confirms that.

This is from his wiki page
quote:

Stewart is known for his successes on multiple levels of racing, his passionate love of racing, and hot-tempered nature, which has led to many on-track altercations with other drivers.

This makes somewhat of a difference.
That yellow flag, though.
And then the car facing the wrong way and a guy walking on the track pointing at him.

I've never driven one of these cars, but if the visibility is so poor that Tony didn't know what was going on, then I don't know how they ever complete a race.

Could Stewart have been mad that a rookie was on the track showing him up?

If he had seen ward that is.

Do you really believe this distinction will matter? It's a major nascar driver and his behavior in question. Public perception of the sport will hurt nascar not sprint racing.

While a NASCAR fan, I've never seen much of a sprint car race. Do they have radio communications?

if tony stewart didn't see the wrecked car on the track and a driver walking on it, then he is not the driver that everyone says he is.

He was in a turn at a night race. This isn't some perfect visibility scenario.

Maybe because they aren't having to watch for people walking in the middle of the track?

For frick's sake, the 45 car almost hit Ward, why aren't yall all upset about that as well?

The only person to blame in thi8s is the idiot that got out of his car and walked into the middle of a race track.

20. The race director will use a radio to communicate with the drivers. Raceivers are mandatory. Drivers will be responsible for a working raceiver. A raceiver that fails to work while on the racetrack is subject to a warning for the first offense. Second offense: subject to a $50.00 fine and five points from point total at end of season. Failure to use a raceiver or scanner, while on the racetrack: automatic suspension for the remainder of the season.

while a radio would have certainly helped inform stewart of the situation. The yellow flag would have gone up immediately. Stewart made a complete lap before running over ward. He would have seen the yellow flag.

And if some idiot wasn't in the middle of a turn on a race track?

You're really going out of your way to ignore that minor detail.
