No I don't. Tony acted at of anger. Both drivers did. It is a shame. Someone died. Total mistake except the anger cause it.

Yes those "witnesses" the one who read it on twitter. There was also a witness who early on said that Tony was sitting parked and waited for Kevin Ward to come down the track then Stewart floored it to hit Ward.
Remember there were 200,000 people who were in Tiger Stadium to watch Billy Cannon's run and over a million were in the north endzone for Hodson to Fuller.

It was a fact he was in cool down lap so that can't be disputed. Now I know alot of you have trouble knowing what a fact is....but this is one.
Only other part is that the mud slinging in middle of a groove to someone standing there is standard. In my opinion it isnt. In all my years of being around dirt racing I've never even had that brought up. Now you can do it to a car behind you, but never as a hey go frick with this guy method.
So if it isnt a common thing then tony had to come up with it in middle of his cool down lap if I'm to believe the stupid intimidation theory. Tony for with no reason to be mad wanted to get this guy..right

Yes. I'm going to floor it and not give two fricks if I run over them or not. I'm not legally responsible for anything that happens to dumbass pedestrians on the street.
