Im tired of reading about he was trying to intimidate the guy. I have never heard of this tire sling to get someone standing there. And he decided to invent this new trick while in middle of his cool down lap, while keeping an eye on other cars he was able to lock this guy in and know where he was gonna be after guy barely missed 45. He didnt even care that he was in middle of the groove and in dirt racing the groove has not enough dirt to even get rhe guy. Maybe he was practicing the move for when the guy was on the top cushion then he was gonna get sooo muddy

People will believe something so crazy and illogical but if you say he may have been looking at the actual wrecked car or not saw the guy until last split second you are an idiot

It is a shame but my guess is that Tony Stewart should never race again in a sanctioned race

Do guess and should really belong in the same sentence, at least in this context?

Well he is a cock sucking fricking idiot who is now an expert in racing because he read a few tweets and watched a video.

He can drive his Honda Civic up and down the street and never hit anyone.

If it wasn't Tony Stewart or any of the known hot heads, this would be treated as a terrible accident.

that's probably true, but when someone is known for being a hothead they don't tend to get the benefit of the doubt RE: intent.

And why would Stewart want to Intimidate the guy? Anytime smoke has been a hot head its been because he was wrecked and out of the ra ce. The guy that survives the wreck isnt the mad one. Im confused why people think tony was upset at that moment..he just survived a wteck and got a yellow to get back on leader....argh I gotta hit someone now!!

Sorry if you believe otherwise. I will stick by the fact that Tony did what he did out of anger and someone died because of that. Laugh all you want but everyone here knows
I am right unless you are related to Tony. Have a great dat.

Obviously, the guy was an idiot for getting out of his car and trying to call Stewart out. He was acting erratic.

BUT, it appears that the cars weren't racing, and were doing caution laps. It is conceivable that if Stewart punched the gas there and clipped the guy that he could at least be charged with negligent homicide. It appears that the car whipped towards the "pedestrian" there as he passed. Probably was pissed that the guy was calling him out like that and wanted to scare him a little.

Stewart being a decorated pro driver only works against him, especially if it goes to civil court. It is reasonable that Stewart was capable of not running over the guy.

Flame away.

Being a hot head doesnt mean you are gonna run someone over.

And why would tony be mad there???

The intent argument is only argument left because all physical arguments have been debunked. And the fact that smoke is on a cool down lap with a healthy car he has no reason to be mad

Why is Tony angry?

Please explain. He didn't lose any spots on the track. He was still racing.

No need to try and reason with a fool. They all know what his intent was

It also means drivers usually slow down on caution and don't floor it into the guy.

That's what it means.

And for those who still want to side with Stewart, it's just further proof that he's a head case who gives 0 fux

Maybe people need to stop walking onto the tracks acting like they're a badass when cars are driving. Not Tony's fault. Now the 20yr old is dead because he wanted to act tough towards a Sprint Cup driver. Lesson to young drivers, after wrecking, stay the frick off the track!!!!

No one can answer that.

Once again when the report was released, a witness said stewart may have been trying to scare him. And people are ignoring video evidence and running with one persons opinion because they read it and want it to be fact. If that wouldn't have been in report people wouldn't be hanging on to the last thread of what thsy think is evidence that ts is a crazy th murderer
