The Eagles skill players >>>> The Colts skill players

The Eagles defense >> Colts defense

Manning's stats >> Vick's stats

Colts 6-3 in the AFC

Eagles 6-3 in the NFC

Not really an argument, IMO

They're kinda skewed because Manning has played a ton more and thrown a lot more.

Which kinda adds to the argument - he's had to do everything. Vick's team was winning without him.

Manning is certainly MUCH more valuable.

ETA: MVP isn't usually given to the most valuable player though.

I feel like Manning has been trending way down lately, which is understandable due to the injuries but still hurts him in the MVP race. His last two games he's had QB ratings in the 60s, and the Colts offense went three and out like 5 times in a row yesterday

oh well for the guy saying eagles everything >>> colts..

peyton's offensive line >>> eagles line

i still don't get the receiving weapons thing.. vick has desean jackson yes.. but manning has a top wide receiver.. who hasn't missed any games.. maclin is having a nice year.. but he wasn't that good last year.. it's not as " >>>>> " as u make it out to be..

kolb lost 2 games when vick was out.. so i wouldn't say they were winning without vick..

both teams skill players >>> falcons skill players

both teams defenses >>>falcons' defense

roddy white stats > or = to vick and manning's stats

falcons 7-2 in the NFC

fwiw, this post is entirely in jest because i said roddy white had a chance at the MVP during thursday's game. it also kinda pokes fun at your "flawless" logic

well if mannings defense sucks so bad.. he clearly gets more opportunities to pad his stats.. right?

Padding stats is done in garbage time. Peyton very rarely runs up meaningless stats.

Everything else still stands.
