NFL’s Senior VP of Officiating

That person being Al Riveron? The same guy who has been playing mouthpiece for crappy PI calls/no calls all season? It's fairly obvious he hates the rule and doesn't want judgement calls being reviewed, and is using his position to force his point.

All that said, Saints sucked today and deserved the L

As a die hard saints fan I am also glad they didn't take the game away on that shite.

Vikings skoled down field and cousins threw a nice ball. It wasn't close to as egregious as last season's whatsoever. Real time I didn't even see it. Horrible defense the entire drive and coaching killed them. Oh, and drew fumbling and looking lost at times out there...

First game since he has been a saint where a back up was the biggest danger to the opposing defense than Brees himself.

Payton runs a sweep play on 3rd and 1 when they are showing formations that hill could eat alive. Pure shite play calling and coaching all game long. Made cousins look like a HOFer.

Saints fricked themselves enough for that to have never come into play

So the 2 stops on the previous plays starting at the 2 yard line...they deserve a no call on an obvious foul that determined the outcome of the game?

Not saying Minnesota doesn't score on 3rd and 19, but the no call determined the outcome of the game...AGAIN!

Sean Payton publicly shamed the same Al Riveron to the media after they overturned a non DPI call against the Saints/Panthers game earlier this season, in a game the Saints still ended up winning.

Dear Sean Payton - you don’t have to talk shite to everyone. Referees are humans and they don’t forget shite.

Not saying it was the sole reason for the non overturn, bc the rule changes are a window-dressing PR sham, but still...

Lack of Saints D and a Brees turnover determined the game AGAIN.

Stop blaming the refs and get over it. The league isn’t out to get you.

Al Riveron is a gutless turd. Like someone said on here yesterday, if he did not know the call on the field and had to review a play, I bet a lot more reversals would occur.

Stop pretending the majority of saints fans are blaming the refs again. We got embarrassed yesterday. Period.

Everybody here wants us to blame the refs again, but it’s not happening this time around, sorry.

I'm living in some kind of insane world where, "Well, it was OPI but not enough to be called and definitely not in that situation and you're an idiot if you try to say it should have been called" is an actual argument that everyone is just going along with.

I'm a Steeler fan, so I have no dog in this fight.

I look at it like this. 85-90% of contested downfield passes have handfighting like the call in question. The defender made contact while the ball was in the air too in the Saints/Vikings play.

PI is already called too much in the NFL. This is one of many situations that should be a no call.

Lack of saints D did not lose the game.

The defense played incredible, especially in the 2nd half. The offense forced them to be on the field for 37 minutes. There's only so many stops you can get when the offense is going 3 and out or 4 and out 5 times, or they throw you back on the field after 2 idiotic turnovers.

Brees' INT directly led to a Minny TD and the fumble at their 20 took at the very least 3 points off the board for the saints. Between that and the missed FG, that's a 13 point swing for the saints.

It's idiotic to blame the refs, and while the OLine was abused all game, we still had the chances to win the game.
