I think Utah may have given up on this season.
Arkansas' offense is determined to be very bad. They make bad plays and then when someone makes a good play, someone else is there to screw it up. QB just threw a bullet in a tight window and WR totally whiffed.

They beat top 5 Penn State on the road.
