miles for example is a great recruiter but can be a complete retard at managing a game

But we are likely to focus on his mistakes than other coaches. He still wins more often than not.

If it was who would lead my team into the future, not what people have done in the past, I would put LFK in the conversation.

Does that mean he is a top 10 coach right now? No.

Does that mean he could be in 5 years? Yes.

And btw, USC has averaged more points, including when LFK was the OC back in the Carroll days, than when anyone else, including Norm Chow, was the OC.

Carroll's best offenses were when Kiffin was running them. By a substantial margain to boot.

So you would agree that in order to put LK in group with Meyer and Saban, at this point, you have to be gay for him?

Dude, shut the frick up.

If you're starting a program today and want a coach for the future LK is a top 3 candidate. Not Mark fricking Richt. Not Gene Chizik. No one in their right mind would choose that.

And since when does more accomplished = better now and for the next decade?

So, using your logic, Andy Pettite is a better pitcher than Clayton Kershaw? No

I'm a Kiffin fan myself. I know that seems weird because I'm a UF fan, but I believe he's going to do big things at SC.

Congrats on your last couple of days, recruiting wise.

In other words, you are acknowledging in a round about way that nobody said anything in this thread for Zamaro to post/respond the way he did.

No.

You said and implied something actually.

yea and in 2005 Kiffin had Leinart, Reggie Bush, Lendale White, Dwayne Jarrett, Steve Smith, Dominique Byrd, David Kirtman, and Chauncey Washington all running around on offense. Charles Brown, Fred Davis, Sam Baker, Fred Matua, and Ryan Kalil were all on the line. give plenty of offensive coordinators this group to work with and they would look great also.

all those guys made it to the nfl.

fwiw i left a few off the list that also made it to the nfl.

i thought 2013 was the final year that they lose another 10?

It is not 15 per year. Example, - they will get 18-19 this year. It is an overall schollie number. Kif is doing great with it, better than anyone else had before while on probation.

No. I'd choose Fitz or Patterson or Stoops or maybe even Muschamp and yes, Richt. Richt is still relatively young.

There are coaches doing just as much with less than Kiffin. You act like Kiffin is Knute Rockne.

The only way someone can have feelings like you have for Kiffin at this point, is if you are a homosexual.

How do you think SC got that talent? Did Kiffin help recruit them? hmmm.

I would tend to think he had a hand in a lot of that talent, considering how well he has recruited at both UT and SC.

So any interpretion by him that I was implying that would be incorrect.

Not sure he's a top 3 candidate, but he's moving up after this year IMO.
