Let's wait a damn minute here. Not a single time during the last decade of success for USC have they played the best SEC team of the year. I'd argue that the only time they could truly have beaten any SEC team was in 04 when it should have been undefeated Auburn in the NC.
I am really hoping USC does go unbeaten and get to Miami because the SEC champion (LSU/Bama winner) would crush them.
FACT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well in USC's defense, they did absolutely destroy the SEC West winner in 06.
Edit: Should've been LSU/USC in 03, Auburn/USC in 04, and UF/USC in 08. frick YOU OKLAHOMA!!!

Would've love to have seen that. UF came back from the Ole Miss loss and wreaked destruction.
Oklahoma came into the contest putting up some wild production offensively. They ran into a buzzsaw that night.

He wouldn't know because he's not allowed on campus but both back-to-back 2003/2004 championship trophies are on display at the new John McKay center at USC.

I might as well wait until tomorrow. The depth chart is being released. Some prognosticators are saying Boseko Lokombo/Derrick Malone at SAM BACKER and the latter played the WIL BACKER spot all year. I think it's in part because that gets the best 6 in the the two deep.
Likewise, in the secondary true frosh Daniels is trying to play himself into a role.

Happened. Ask the NCAA. ALso, the BCS organization stated for quite a while that there were "co-champions" in 2003 and also stated the NC was a "split decision" that same year. SO either get over it, or take it up elsewhere

Just make it not about how great everyone is, but your assessments of what their strengths and weaknesses are of every player. I don't need to read the Duck Media Guide.
In the tape I have watched, Oregon lineman use arm leverage horribly against teams that will push them down the line. And safeties, especially, can be fooled by good play action. Not just by direction-fooled pa, but by depth (which is the killer) in covering pa. Linebackers are disciplined in my film study, and are the strongest unit consistently of the bunch.
I am not convinced the Duck defense is going to be that great right now. All you show as an evaluator of scheme and talent is sunshine and no clouds. Coaches quotes and the assessments of people who make money off of giving opinions to people. Well the weather never stays the same.
What do you really have? (and I don't mean this with a derogatory tone, but with your assessments of what player's true abilities are.)
Maybe you just don't know, but I don't want to sound like I am just busting on you. That was not my point.
I am sorry if you took this offensively.

It should of been Oklahoma vs USC or Texas in 08. Florida had no business being in that game by far the weakest resume of the 4.

The past is the past. Plenty of arse from that time I don't remember and don't care about.
That goes for everything.
Anyone who can't get that 2003 for what it was is caught in a time warp.
Does it really affect you-- whoever you are-- that much???
If you say yes, you are a tool.
Whether you are anything "successful" or not, you are a tool. Whether you are a Bayou Bengal or a Trojan, you are a tool.
Don't be a tool.
In 2003 Napoleon Dynamite was hot. Don't be that... Don't even go back to 1982 either.
If so take your Liger and shove it up you arse...

No offense taken. Your asssessment of the Trojan Dline didn't really paint much of a clearer picture except who lands where on the depth chart. Woods will plug his gap now that he isn't a fattie and Greene is a nice guy but doesn't have the intensity to be an every down DL aren't exactly what you are asking from me.
Of course, you probably have very limited film on that dline.
