He was born there. Moved to Morgan city after Katrina I believe. Graduated from Morgan city high in 2011

They usually bring 4 outside of the qualifiers plus an alternate or two I think. I know in Tokyo they ran alternates in prelims and then the big dogs in the finals. The mixed they just ran whoever wanted it from the alternates I think.

The guy said earlier that if you make the finals you usually get on the relay team.
