Wet. I was lied to about this being a dry climate. Had a huge hail storm two weeks ago that did a number on the course. Bunkers washed out the next day from a overnight storm. Right when we got them back together last week another rain storm washed them all out again. At least when it's not raining it's sunny and 85.
