Louisiana's own Christian Harrison made it through qualifying at Wimbledon for the 2nd time. Playing now vs Clarke.

Cilic withdraws wtf

Did he not practice with Novak on center court or did I dream all of that?

Cilic tested positive for Covid.

He did practice with Novak, so hopefully they don't do some BS protocol shite and make Novak get tested.

Remarkable (and stupid) that we are still doing this bullshite nearly 2.5 years later.

F… didn’t even think of that. Would be fitting at this point.

Between 7:30 and 8:00 AM eastern. There’s a women’s match first at 6 AM.

Is it just me or do the grass courts (especially centre court) look more beautiful that ever?

Interested in seeing if they hold up better throughout the schedule somehow.

Berrettini out with covid. Grigor retires. No way this is real life.

Wow. I was thinking last night that if Novak has to sit for a COVID positive, I may be done watching the sport for a while. What a trash tournament.

Nadal played a practice set with Berrettini. Sounds like everyone's butthole must be pretty tight right now.

ETA: This is legitimately the worst slam ever played.

I read a statement from Berrettini and it sounded like it was his choice. I don't think there is mandatory testing. You bet your butt that if Novak or Rafa are coughing out there, they're not taking any tests. I wonder if the AELTC would like those Russians out there now?

If this is the case then no way Djokovic or Nadal tests.

And who knows... maybe Berrettini isn't feeling well from it. If he's not feeling well and he doesn't think he can win the tournament, there's really no point in playing.

THIS is where the rankings points being stripped from Wimbledon is hurting them. There's no penalty for anyone who feels like withdrawing.

I know people like Coco and all that, but any time Djokovic or Nadal play their entire match should be on ESPN without interruption. It's ridiculous.

Cressy and aliasimme in a first set tie break. I love watching Max serve and volley, that style has to piss off his opponents so much He gave Med hell with it in the Aussie open

FAA takes it 7-5

Yeah that has to suck being excited about getting a 6 seed then you draw Cressy right out of the gate.

Rafa loses the 3rd set. I don’t think he’s a real threat but it would be nice to see him get bounced. At the very least it’s a little more mileage on that foot.

RBA played well against Tsitsipas today and is decent on grass.

At this point he could legitimately reach the final. I’ll probably take a shot at that depending on the price.

For Nadal it's all about surviving until it's not really grass courts anymore.

yeah that’s why you have to get him early, like Dustin Brown and Kyrgios
