Delta/CocaCola/Lumen(Centurylink) should all give more but 2 of the 3 ties are all gone from the region and all the old Monroe centurylink brass have retired or died. Pretty sure they will be completely gone from Monroe in the next five years.

Not sure if that is true but I think Clark Williams is still on the board and I am confident he will do all he can to keep a Century presence in Monroe. About like Hank Biedenharn that was on the board at Delta that was the majority stockholder for a while and made all the Delta brass come to poor little Monroe for the annual stockholder meeting. Yep, you would think there would be a lot more involvement between the likes of Century or Lumen, Delta Airlines, and Coke since all have major roots tied into Monroe. Heck, even Duck Commander CEO Willie Robertson is a NLU grad but he is more ate up with LSU than the school in his backyard.

We probably know each other my grandfather was on the board of directors at Century for a long time until he passed. Real close with Clark and that entire family. I’m not sure if Perry or Ewing is still on the board or not but all the old timers are pretty much gone.

When I was there it was Indians. I lived in Olin Hall.
