Exactly! Picked the wrong time to decide to make these big plans.

They've been planning these upgrades for a long time.

About a year ago, didn't your school set up a fundraiser so it could buy a fricking dog and an air conditioned dog house for it?

We had to purchase a new mascot because our previous one passed away. I dont know about the doghouse. Maybe just a rumor.

There were just some people that wanted to build a doghouse with a/c because the last bulldog got heat stroke during one of the games which forced Tech to retire it.

ULL doesn't make their case to be uttered in the same sentence as LSU , and they are still playing bitch to McNeese.

Is Tech going to take out the road that runs behind the student section to W. Alabama Ave. for the new South endzone project?

The McNeese athletic complex looks like it's gonna be nice.

LOL at that picture of the trailers stacked together.

That's what it looks like to me. I'm fine with it.

I sure hope so.......

www.mcneesefieldhouse.com/plans if you want to know what it will house.

They got it passed just in time too, cause they passed a tuition fee for this project a year before all these budget cuts. But a lot of the project is donated by wealthy people as well.

Total cost is $20M (All privately funded)
$9M was already raised by the time the project was officially announced. We probably won't break ground for another 2 years or so.

Lulz i was forced to go to the Boise St @ La Tech this past year and Tech couldnt even fill both sides. Not to mention the tarps they have covering up the seats.

Middle of the week games are a problem when your school is in a small town and your alumni base has to travel to games. If the game were on Saturday, the turnout would have been much better attended. Nevertheless, attendance has been trending the right direction.

I'm really surprised no one's made a FEMA reference yet.
