Rev share isn’t why he’s recruiting a bunch of 150lb players.
I can say with an extremely high degree of certainty that they are being told “no” regularly by older players they’d really like to have, but I’m honestly curious (no sarcasm or shot at all) as to your opinion on why he’s recruiting small players and better why he’s not recruiting proven power hitters.

Money, the NIL budget for baseball is only $100k

Not sure but it’s eerily reminiscent of Robicheaux’s last few years. Which is strange because Deggs got his first head job off coaching a lineup full of power.

Apparently, Pemberton took issue with the umpire yelling at ULM player walking with his back turned according to postgame quote

The amount of cocky douchebags in college baseball now is getting out of hand I’d say as well. Every time a hitter gets a hit or even walks he’s gotta talk some shite. Every strikeout half these pitchers make now they gotta do some cocky hand gesture and scream at the batter.

At the rate he’s going pemberton could’ve punched the ump in the face, pulled his pants down, and shite on his chest and I would still support him.
I grew up with him. Dude was destined to be a coach.

The problems could be that Deggs dad is dying a slow and painful death from cancer. Multiple people who were at the game have stated that JMU first baseman started chirping about Deggs being a drunk and then went in on his dying father.
The first baseman was playing first base when Deggs went after the 3rd base dugout.
But IF the dugout was chirping about his dying father, I can see why Deggs reacted the way he did. If you notice, the umps kind of let him keep getting closer to the JMU coach, almost like they thought he was somewhat justified.

I thought the same thing. Even the JMU coaches were letting him go off. An unjustified outburst like that, couldn't imagine opposing coaches just standing there.
