Watch some Conor Mcgregor. You'll love that little Irishman.

I didn't watch the Ppv but by reading mma websites it didn't sound that bad. Everyone wants to see the big ko. I like submissions myself

were you on the right stream? because cormier got his arse kicked and thrown around for pretty much the whole fight.

If Jones beats the winner of rumble/gustaffson he's the goat in my book.

UFC needs its own version of the Royal Rumble.

quote:Exactly. This fight was won by purely conditioning, which is part of it. Rounds 1-3 were as close as can be. 4 and 5 were terrible with the in shape guy "scoring points" but not really doing shite. I think Cormiers weight loss to drop a division kills him(almost literally one time
Cormier did not get fricked up. That's asinine.
Jones took him down and clinched the 4th and 5th, winning the fight. He did no damage and DC was clearly spent.

Well it's his own fault for refusing to fight Cain.

Bunkhouse Stampede, since they already have the cage.

Cormier wants NO part of Cain. Nobody does.

Possibly the most boring main card ever. Every fight went to a decision and a lot of the fights had little action in them. DC was close in rounds 1 2 and 3 but Jones easily won the championship rounds and I'd give Jones a close win in 1 and 3. Still this hurts the UFC a lot because this was a very hyped up card and it was so unbelievably underwhelming. Thank you undercard for some good fights.

What the frick were you watching? I didn't see that fight at all. Cormier landed effective punches in the 2nd and 3rd. Jones clinched and dominated the 4 and 5. To say Jones fricked anyone up when DC wasn't even hurt is tard talk. Jones won the fight but he didn't come close to "fricking him up".

I don't think he beats Gus a second time. I always had a feeling some day rumble would fight jones

I'm a fan of good MMA fights. The Cerrone fight was an absolute joke.
The first three rounds of the Jones/Cormier fight were decent at best, but as a whole, the entire card was boring as frick.
If you paid $60 for that, I truly think you got ripped off.

Gus is the only one with the length to beat that fricker. Rumble wouldn't have it in him IMO.

It's some stupid rule that AKA has. Same reason that Fitch and Koscheck didn't fight when they were both top 5.

I only watch a few of the big PPV every year. That said, DC got dominated. You would think a world class wrestler would dominate on that end. Nope. Jones embarrassed him on the wrestling end. I guess I am confused on his fighting strategy. Can any of you explain this performance?

cormier ate elbows and knees the whole fight, jones controlled his movement the whole time, and ragdolled him repeatedly. cormier got fricked up.
