THANK GOD. I hate how they treat Lesnar as the king that every champ has to beat to be the best. The dude is 5-3-1 in the ufc with 3 straight losses. Why they keep trying to get him to come back is crazy to me. All the respect in the world for him coming back from that disease but he is not an MMA fighter and lets let that shite die

UFC is a joke. The fact that Stipe didn’t get a immediate rematch, kills the integrity of the sport. Then they claim to care about PEDs, and try to bring Lesnar back. I don’t know anyone that was excited about that fight.

I know a guy that is in Stipes camp and he said he’s been in a funk because he hasn’t been given a rematch which he has absolutely deserved. The guy is arguably the best heavyweight champ of all time

Dana has always tried to sell ppvs as “the return of Brock” and I don’t get it. He can’t touch real mma fighters

I’m less of a fan of Stipe with the way he handled it. Instead of taking a fight and whipping the #1 contender, all he did was bitch and moan about how he was entitled to an immediate rematch.
And there were much more egregious situations where the ex-champ didn’t get an immediate rematch.

Anyone can get KO’d in a UFC fight. DC got KO’d by Jones and then they let him fight for the heavyweight belt. Dana White has his favorites and let’s them run the show.

Lesnar sells a lot more ppvs than Miocic ever will. It's not hard to get unless you're very dumb.

Yeah, he turtles up quick when smacked in the face. He is an imposing looking guy for certain, but is in no way an elite MMA fighter. He's a journeyman at best.
He's much better suited to be in the circus that passes itself off as "Professional" wrestling.

I mean, it's pretty obvious. He's a huge draw to the casual MMA fan that doesn't know any better and just sees a monster of a man. Also helps with the crossover wrestling crowd as well

Yeah I don't agree with that. Is he the greatest he ever? No, but the did come in and beat some badasses. He lost to a rounded up overeem, Cain in his prime, and Frank mir. All hof level fighters.
He didn't get thrown any cans and held his own.

Technically he didn't lose the 2nd fight against Jones. Regardless, he defended his title against volkan after then moved up to hw against stipe. Btw, Cormier is undefeated at hw. It's not like Dana white just gave him everything the man has earned it.
