Or even better, go watch it at a sportsbook and make a few bets.. I haven't really studied it much, but there's some good money to be made next week with some underdogs I like

Am I correct in assuming getting hit with these gloves would hurt more than the same punch with a standard boxing glove?

Yes women wear cups.. and generally yes smaller gloves mean harder punches

Dont sleep on the women. The top level women put on some insane fights and some of the most talented fighters in the sport are women. Mma is one of the few sports where women can be huge stars and be just as entertaining as men imho.
Next weekend is thug rose vs weili zhang rematch which will be an awesome fight. Thug rose finished her with a head kick earlier this year, after calling her out for communism.

Yea Valentina is a killer.. kind of crazy story she was supposed to fight in Lake Charles and Dana White came to watch it, but her fight was pulled and instead he signed Sage Northcutt (the weirdest dude I've ever met in my life)
