also ... notice how they didn't once show any of Vittori's statistics, but they showed Adesanya's stats every round... they didn't want people to see that it was much closer than the commentators were selling you.

I think he did too bc I understand the effectiveness of leg kicks.
However, he ate quite a few punches that the announcers didn’t acknowledge and someone got out of a very bad spot in the middle rounds where his back was taken with choke sunk in.
Marvin is going to hate himself bc he had his shot and blew it. His corner was telling him the perfect advice each round and he decided to argue with them instead of listen

He out pointed a B- opponent on his C- night.
You can’t ignore he did get in a bad spot on his back, and basically leg kicked his way to a win.

The commentators against Jan were a joke, but Vetorri didn't do anything all night. Felder wasnt blowing Izzy at all and instead kept saying how Vetorri should attack.
He was actually stunned at how little he could do. Izzy is basically a point fighter, yes, but he's still beating everyone at 185 because of his reach and length advantage. He didn't have that against Jan and we saw what happened.

I’m with you. In what world did Vittori win 2 rounds? The choke was literally the only thing he did, he may have landed a few jabs outside of that, no significant shots. I thought Izzy fought a smart fight and knew he was the faster striker so he stayed out of the pocket and pieced him up. Marvin must have a bionic leg, he didn’t show any signs of a limp after getting it torn up the whole fight

Virrorri may have won round 1 barely, but he didn't do anything after he got Izzy to the ground in Rd 2. It was over after that and he looked helpless.

I agree about felder. I also thought Joe had a great observation about Marvin’s lack of power. He just can’t sleep anyone.
The frustration with Izzy is sometimes he puts on a great fight like KG, RW, and PC. However other times he’s borderline unwatchable like AS, JB, and tonight.
