Chandler was so close. Still don't understand why he didn't let him up at the end of Rd 1

Chandler should have knocked him out. That's a tough Brazillian

Been a while since we seen a Brazilian champion on the men's side. He ain't gonna last long. Chandler should have finished him in the 1st round. I like the shrimp boat captain to whip Conor's arse again and get this title.

Khabib is a lot better than Chandler. Plus Khabib is around the same height as Oliviera so not close to the same reach advantage.

Title still feels a little hollow without anyone beating Khabib, but that's how it goes. Gaethje should get the title shot next against Oliveira.

BOTH of the UFC's media darling fighters got finished tonight

Ferguson and Chandler got more hype and attention than any other fighter all week long. both got stomped out

Is khabib going to do that on the feet?

Dustin came close with BJJ on khabib, and he’s a long ways from olivera.

Olivera can absolutely beat khabib

Khabibs stand up is definitely improved but it’s not on the level of olivera’s

On the ground is where it’s a battle of styles and I like oliveras chances

Yeah Chandler got caught by a few shots that really connected and he gave up his back early in the first right before he was about to slip free. Some jitters maybe? Hats off to Oliveira to comeback like that after what happened in the first round.

It’s possible but I wouldn’t bet on it. Let’s see how Oliviera does against Dustin or Conor before we crown him.

Tony was never a ufc media darling. Dude earned the fans support himself he was never pushed by the ufc like chandler was.
