Khabib wasn't wobbled in either one of those fights.
Yes. He was. It was brief but he ate a few shots from Michael Johnson. Do u guys get the point of what I’m saying? Re watch the Johnson fight and the iaquinta fight. There are things that he did in those fights that are simple habitual things that would have cost him against Conor. He will not be able to do a bunch of the things he has done with other guys without getting countered hard. These are key shots that change fights. All those lunging combos and sloppy jabs would cost him. I’m curious to see how he will sustain the pressure while on his feet.

yeah im not buying the too big of a moment for alvarez. eddie had like 30+ fights at that point in his career. I think he just got his arse whipped. its not like his chin got weak because of the pressure. he had only lost 1 fight by knockout in his career up to that point, early in his career.
This. He just got completely out classed. Mental lapses are also not excluded from the assessment of a fighters skill. Conor goes from a frothing jackal at the face off to cold as ice and zeroed in on fight night. He’s more calm inside the cage than outside of it. That is unique.

Alvarez Mendes Poirier Aldo That's a who's who of bad motherfrickers. Just look at how much damage Alvarez took against poirier and gaethje.... And Conor made him look silly and finished him.
Look what Aldo and Mendes did to each other! All these guys kill each other. Your post was spot on

Khabib has that same chin
Ive watched most of his fights and I’m still not sure we actually know this. His chin hasn’t really been properly tested. At least half of his fight time is spent on the mat

Yes. He was.
You should do the same. Without the Rohan commentary. Joe freaks out when he got hit.
What youre saying is accurate, just not the evidence you're presenting in support. Which is why this fight is so interesting. Conor is a master on his feet. His ability to keep distance, but stay close enough to make you uncomfortable and make mistakes is beautiful to watch. When you react and try to close, he tags you with power. His left hand is a missile.
But he's never faced a stud like Khabib. And he gasses.

He definitely was shaken after that looping hook from Johnson. That's not a knock on khabib, Johnson is very powerful and came out ready to throw because he knew what would happen when khabib grabbed him.

Re-watch it with the sound off. Rogan hyped the frick out of it. HE'S HURT! HE'S HURT!

Still missing my point. He got hit clean and almost immediately decided to take it to the ground.

I understand your point. I addressed that. Your point stands, but the evidence you're presenting in support is false.
"He got rocked by Johnson and AI."
"No he didn't."

I don’t re watch fights with sound. I’m also talking about more than those couple punches. Watch the movement. Lazy lunging jabs with that chin out. He is an absolute nightmare on the ground. He is light years behind Conor standing up. I have no idea what will happen. This is why we are all talking about it.

I love talking fights.
If I came off like a dick, sorry. It's my comfort zone.
But i agree. If Khabib leaves his chin high and dry, Conor will put him on skates.

Now u are just making things up and to be completely honest I’m not sure you really know what you are seeing. You didn’t address anything. You are sharing your opinion. Like we all are. It’s all good. None of us know what will happen but I’ve explained my viewpoint. You clearly aren’t the person that decides what evidence is true or false.

What's y'all's thoughts on Tony Ferguson? Dude came back so quick from that knee injury. I'm a big fan of Tony so I hope he destroys Pettis.

I’m sorry I might have you mixed up with someone else but aren’t you the same guy saying he was wobbled by Johnson and AL and now you’re saying you’re not sure his chin has been tested? I don’t see how those two statements go together

A healthy Tony can beat Khabib bc he likes fighting off his back, and his striking, cardio, wrestling and jujitsu is a total nightmare for Conor.
The shite talking between him and Conor would be epic

I like Tony man. He is a weird dude but I really like the way he does his own shite and does all kind of weird shite training. I like all his non-conventional attacks.

I do too. He’s a great fighter with his own style.
I’d also love to see khabib vs Ortega simply to see what happens.
