This is not going to bold well for the UFC if this ends up a 5 round lay-n-pray.

You will have about 500k additional new fans watching this, you would think that they would want an exciting fight.

That was a good move to put Leben in there for Wanderlei. People might not have heard of him but he's not boring

This. Carwin will stuff some but no chance in hell Brock doesn't take him down at least once per round. The key is how quickly can Carwin get back up and how much is that going to take out of him.

agreed.

BUT, has anyone seen much footage of Lesar lately? That bizarre illness concerns me, i have no clue how big he is now, or where his fitness level is.

eta: someone posted Lesnar said he would barely have to cut weight, if at all. That just seemed odd.

This plus the general ring rust are a huge wild card.

that doesn't raise a bit of a red flag? diet and fitness be damned, that is small for Lesnar.

I don't think Ring rust will be much of a factor considering how green he was to begin with. Hell, he is probably MORE experienced now. The not having to cut to make 265 is either bullshite, or I would be worried if I had money on Lesnar. If he is smaller then Carwin, that will be huge. I'm stoked to see what happens though. Personally, I have Lesnar's GNP probably getting to Carwin in the 3rd or 4th round for a win. IF not, he wins by decision. Carwin has to cold cock him.

I just hope Carwin knocks him out cold. Maybe then Lesnar will shut his fricking mouth.

I disagree. That much time off with no training will hurt him. Just the time away from sparring when he is fighting possibly the strongest puncher in mma is a concern.

agreed. While thinks like rust could matter, Lesnar's game is built on being the biggest mf'ing silverback in MMA. If he comes in smaller than Carwin then there i think Lesnar is in trouble.

How many times is Goldie gonna say that Carwin has size 5XL gloves?

Just imagine if he also trained at Sityotong (sp?) and threw vicious leg kicks. He would have a verbal orgasm on air.
