I honestly think that he does that because he doesn't know how what to say. There are interviews where he is just sitting there looking for something to say, then he just starts doing that shite because he doesn't know how to have a normal conversation. The dude is just socially akward IMO.

yea i'd agree with that

he's a total piece of white trash who was molded into an entertainer who was only supposed to be the bad guy

too bad he didn't get to the level of the iron shiek, or else it would be even better

Akiyama has a good front leg kick...i wonder why more people don't use it as much. He set up a couple of really good combos with it.

the failure of lesnar trying to be a heel is that heels only work if you have a face for him to eventually fight

there is no face

This depends on the quality of the heel. Ric Flair could sell out arenas against guys like Ricky Morton or Brad Armstrong. Lesnar's not on Flair's level as a heel (who is?), but he's not terrible.

Lesnar headlined a Wrestlemania as a babyface

Oh and best line of the night by far was goldie quoting Lesnar: "He said talk all the shite you want right now"

Dana can't be too happy with Lesnar mentioning Coors Light.

yeah, pretty stupid thing to say that Bud Light didn't pay him, since Bud Light may be responsible for half his fight purse.

I wonder who they throw at GSP next at 170?

I think GSP said he wants to fight 185 for the challenge, in his post fight interview.

(theres nothing left at 170 for him to prove anything)

HE absolutely dominated Alves. There is no one that will beat GSP at 170 sans a flash KO type deal. He will lose to Anderson at 185 though IMO.

He really kind of tried to deflect the 185 talk. A top level 185er would kill him just like he killed BJ Penn. The size difference is too significant.

Swick might be next in line. There just aren't that many guys to throw at him.

i thought it was great, that's what he get's. my friend got fricking PISSED at me for saying that. it is what it is though. don't talk shite and stuff like that won't happen. you're already going to fight so i don't see the reason behind shite talking. and for those of you saying "he was just trying to sell tickets" try telling that to henderson. if something is set up between the two fighters (bj penn has done it before) then fine. but it's pretty obvious the shite talking the brit was doing wasn't set up to "sell tickets".

I didn't read this whole thread, but does anyone know why the Fitch-Thiago fight was after the 2 main events? I know PPV telecasts usually show undercard fights after the main events but this was a live main card match that followed Brock/Mir.

I'd imagine they just wouldn't have shown the fight if both main event went the full five rounds. Since the Mir-Lesnar fight only went about 1.5 rounds, they had time to show it.

Probably just a time issue, the same reason no undercard fights were shown.
