I think so, it was around 2000. I also saw when the Hogs and Kentucky went 7OT's in 2001. I was exhausted after watching those two.

1985..Nova..GTown..St John's..all three made the Final Four..
GTown and St John's went 1-2 back-and-forth all year..unranked Nova wins NCAA title as an unranked team...people forget that in the SW Bracket that BC blew late lead to Memphis losing by a basket..Memphis then won by 2 again over Oklahoma for Final Four trip. Mem and OU were absolutely loaded in those days, just as with these days. BC was about the 4th ot 5th best Big East team, if that, in 1985, yet every bit as good as Mem and OU, whom were Top 10 teams.
Big East was even more dominant then, even with UConn yet to become the UConn of today just yet, also was pre-expansion. But, St Johns, Seton Hall, Providence, were all much better and more consistent than of current.
