If we are in the hole for the next three years they might as well trade CP

your post just lost anything it had going for it,

Mo Pete- garbage

R u attempting to say Mo Pete is anything other than a complete waste of a roster spot at this point? If u r, then u could not G.M. for my team buddy. The dude only supposed asset is "shooting" and he hasnt done that in two years for the most part. Butler is head and above better that Mo Pete and hey I love Rasual this year, but if we could get somebody at that 2 guard spot, Rasual could get to the bench in a hurry. Mo Pete sucks!

I am glad I have been a N.O. sports fan my entire life.

Otherwise I'd be overrun with dispair.

some of the sting of this move can be salvaged next year by trading butler/daniels/hilton for a good max player

but does anybody think we'd do that?

you do realize tyson, hilton, peja, and daniels all come off books in 10

and wilcox, smith, brown ely bowen and marks all this year

thats a lot of fricking space freed up by 2010 to improve this team

the way i see it is its a one year shitfest then we can get better by dealing peja next year immediately and then go after one more fa in the summer of 10

So yes Duncan is a pure scorer. So is Tony Parker.

how in the hell is tony parker aymore of a pure scorer than chris paul? they are virtual equals across the board in points, fgm, fga, fg%, 3pt%. paul is shooting and making over twice as many 3's per game. and all of this while averaging 5.5 more assists. his scoring and shooting numbers would be even higher if he scored shot those extra 5.5 times.

they can both get to the rim and finish, although paul probably does it better. paul has a better mid range game. both are average from 3.

how is parker a pure scorer but paul is not?

butler, daniels, and hilton

tyson has a player option for 10/11

peja is signed through 10/11

until the end of the 2011 season (assuming no more trades), the hornets have $40M/year tied up in cp3/west/peja ($52M including posey and mo-pete)

nothing can be done in free agency until that season
