Cause they get a young 7 footer who gets injured too much with playoff experience, has proven he has piss poor defense, can get an easy alley oop(sometimes) around the goal, and has some athleticism and needs to rebound

Ducan doesn't score 18 ft away from the basket as much as D West does. D West is a jump shooting big man. Thats the difference in the 2
i've seen duncan hit a clutch 3 before, does that mean that he's a pure scorer?

DWest has a Duncan'es quaility. He don't look like he is fricking you over till you look at the scorecard at the end of the game.
And please do not compare D West to the best PF to ever play in the NBA.

In the playoffs to huh ? That was a great fricking shot last year.
Question is have you seen West or Paul ?
So yes Duncan is a pure scorer. So is Tony Parker.
Paul is but he is not at the high level that you would like your scoring leader to be at. West is an ok number 1 option especially with Paul helping him...but Chris really needs someone to score better with him then D West.

rather than read all this shite, i will say that Wilcox isn't a bad player. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
Tyson was entertaining, however he was nothing special.
I do agree though that we have a lot of money towards a lot of age on our team..

I'm wondering as well how they will address the 5 spot in the near future. Really dont see to many options on the table.

you want to know why they went after tyson
bc he will be the WORST player in their starting five
they might have the best 1-4 in the league within 1-2 years
and they got tyson for pretty much nothing, thats why they did it
you think they could get anything better for those guys? NO. we are just so locked in at salary that we almost couldnt pass it up

If your going to go backwards, then break it all down...Keep CP3. Everyone else is expendable.
All this trade does is make them a 6 seed at best to not even making the playoffs. So they are hovering around mediocrity in the league for the next 4 years.
You trade a big piece like West, and get YOUNG Value in return and then maybe in 3 years you have something.
This trade does nothing, you cut payroll yes but you get just slightly worse as a team thats already a number 5 seed in the playoffs. It just makes no sense. If your going to rebuild then fricking rebuild dont just slowly regress. Thats how you become the Clippers.

Obviously according to yall Tyson Chandler is so bad he doesn't even need to be in the league. That Hilton Armstrong can do what he does.
in case you missed it, Hilton is a much better scorer than TC, as will be the 2 new guys.
and really it doesnt hurt us next year so much as it puts us on the same level as we are this year, cause tyson didnt play much in the first fricking place
