I wonder what caused him to start wearing it? I haven't heard that he had previous head injury. Tyjae is on borrowed time as it is. He is lucky that he even got drafted. He has a degenerative knee that if he injures it again he will probably be done. Good luck to my fellow Ponchatoula Greenie!!!

Why does it matter if another kid does wear the guardian cap? It’s something no one should give a iota of a shite about
Because like with all virtue signals, it is possible that it will one day become mandated and everyone will be forced to wear them. Especially at junior and high school levels.

Some argue that if there were no helmets the game would be safer.

Are you working on some new antagonistic shtick instead of just being a MAGA slurper now?

Mate one of my resolutions is to turn the page on the last 5 years and to me more positive and less confrontational in general. To forgive those who I feel wronged me either directly or indirectly.
That will hopefully extend to my posting style on TD.

So you start a thread calling out some of the many idiots that frequent here?
This new gimmick possibly might be even worse.

If they actually made a significant difference then the NFL would make everybody wear them
But they dont
But they dont

I think the only solution is to make them bigger. As big as they can go until it causes players to tip over.

I doubt that there will ever be a way to make full contact football much safer for the head.
The solution will be treatments that clear the plaques that form within the brain, curing both CTE and Alzheimer’s and related dementias.
Can’t come soon enough.

That post is actual science. So much blind ignorance thinking guardian caps do somethin
no no. You are trying to apply laws that do apply, but the vehicle applies as well. A camry cant take the damage a Ram can. The impact is reduced even if it same speeds for the passengers inside. This is fact. Your head is like the passengers...
