81-79

Tulane had previously lost 53 straight to ranked opponents. Last win was NC State in 1999.

Fogelman's size and seating arrangement makes the student section shouting bullshite among the loudest in the country during the tv broadcast.

Has Tulane ever had all Big 3 sports be good at the same time?

Well crap. Not sure why Memphis has a complete and total inability to close games out.

They probably will and should drop completely out of the top 25. That's two bad losses in a row for them. Granted, they were close games, but damn... they can't lose those games to those teams.

When Sandy Barbour was the AD she had all three ranked in the top 25.

Kinda in Bowden's first year. The basketball team didn't meet expectations but still got to the NIT, which would prove to be difficult the next 30 years.

Nice win. Hard to believe it had been so long since a win over a ranked team.

Are we counting Tulane baseball as good just because they made the tourney? They sucked all year.

First win over a Top-10 team since 1983!
1997-1998 and 1982-1983 were the last time all three sports were good at the same time.
