Not so fast my friend, I think that is just file footage from Kimbo's first fight.

yeah, Dana and Spike are milking Kimbo for all he is worth.

As much as they are teasing Kimbo coming back and dragging it out with the whole "will he or won't he", you have to think Kimbo is not going to fight

That and the "a huge Kimbo twist you would never expect" at the end of the episode. Something is going to be announced, but I don't think it is going to be him taking Mitrone's place, frankly because that would be expected.

I think it will be either A) he is getting a shot outside of TUF heavyweights, or b) he can't fight due to the knee situation

I laugh my arse off at his horrible acting. It's the best.

That's what I was leaning toward. I don't think he comes back. They have been milking it all season.

I think it's this as well.

Also, have you ever seen a fighter more visibly scared of the takedown than Schaub was?

Can Madsen be any more boring of a fighter? He's worse than Couture vs Vera. I'm glad Schaub knocked him out. That douche fake-the-glove-touch-shoot move he did on Abe was bush league.

Yeah I forgot about that. That was the epitome of the douche.

Does anyone else think that Rampage's coaching of Abe in his fight with Madsen helped Schaub here? Abe couldn't "Get up, Abe". Schaub could "Get up, Abe"

Thought this too but need to go back and watch Kimbos first fight to see if it is file footage.

I bet it is. That would be an obvious give away. Dana and the UFC just want you to think he is fighting so more people tune in.

As far as I'm concerned he has stolen the show. I will be pissed if he leaves the house.

Is there a better nick-name than "meathead" for this guy?

they said that? Its probably that he is dropping down to fight Houston Alexander at 215 and I'm sure going to 205 after that. Street brawl 2009.

That is what was said during the orignial promo after the episode, and on the preview on the website, it says "The stage is set for Kimbo to come back, and you won't believe the final twist."

15:30 mark

Again, I'm thinking his bum knee is going to get him another fight outside of TUF.

I thought he was supposed to be fighting Houston Alexander in a 215lb catchweight bout.

That is the rumor, and that is what I think the big twist will be.

I wonder if the "final twist" is for all the people that watch the show and don't really follow MMA and they announce that Rampage retired? We've known it for months but there are probably some TUF newbs who don't.
