I don't think transport him to hospital for clavicle because you x ray and sling it at stadium. I am thinking head injury reason to get him to hospital. I'm speculating of course.

If its a compound fracture he would go straight to the hospital.

If it was compound they would've gotten him from field to ambulance not go to training room though.
