NBA has been rigged for decades. I'm sure he will be fined 100k for speaking truth to power

Or something like that

This is why you don’t want to watch talking heads on cable sports. Most are double digit IQ morons bought and aid for by their corporate masters.

They don’t address officiating problems in any professional sports for the obvious reason they would be fired. Can they figure it out? No. That’s what their mom told them. She’s smart. She doesn’t want another adult dependent back home in her basement.

LOL

This sounds like more of an attack against a specific Laker and less about defending Scottie Barnes.

36-13 free throws whole game

23-2 in the 4th quarter.

So for the first three quarters, it was 13 for Lakers and 11 for Raptors, which is extremely reasonable.

The game was officiated differently in the 4th quarter.

Coaches and players can deal with "bad" referees but they just want it to be consistent from the beginning of the game until the end. If you let the players play in the first half but tighten up in the 4th quarter, and especially if all of that tightening up is done toward one team... that's going to be a problem.

Man, everytime the NFL gets bad officiating, the Association says "hold my beer"

The Raptors apparently already had an issue with referee Ben Taylor before

He was on the crew last night

of course he didn’t. Can’t let that get in the way of a good rant.

LeBron has been crying about the refs lately (even thought they shoot more late game FT's than any team in the NBA), so there was bound to be a game where the refs gave them a win. Have to keep him happy.

I’ll break it down for you:

-Going into the fourth quarter the Lakers had 13 FTA to the Raptors 11 FTA. From the start of the 4th to the 4min mark, 4 fouls were called on the Lakers and 2 fouls on the Raptors. The Lakers had 4 FTA to the Raptors 2 FTA.

- The Raptors had to start intentionally fouling with 24 seconds left.

-With 4min left, the Raptors were up 109 to 108.

-From the 4min to the 24 second mark, 1 foul was called on the Lakers and they had 11 FTA. The Raptors on the other hand had 7 fouls called on them including a flagrant and an “illegal screen” on a 3pt that would have tied the game at 124 with 24 seconds.

So even if we take out the intentional fouling the Lakers attempted 15 free throws to the Raptors 2, including 11 FTA in roughly 3 and a half minutes after the Raptors took a late lead.

Watched the whole 4th quarter. There was nothing shady that happened. Not a single player on the Raptors roster can check AD. These are the results.

The problem is that every 50/50 foul call was called on TOR and not called on LAL. The calls that Reeves and Christie got were not any more fouls than the contact on Barnes on two of his drives. The push in the back on Thad Young was the same play as the push in the back on AD, but AD got the call and Young didn’t.

Then we have this flop by AD that gets called an illegal screen, whipping out a game-tying 3.

Twitter video of offensive foul

My biggest problem isn’t the calls on TOR, as calls like that are not unusual. My problem is the refs are clearly calling two different games depending on which team has the ball.

You're being sarcastic right? Go look at the box score. It's obvious the Lakers couldn't stop the Raptors, so they needed a little help from the refs. Don't be obtuse.

Yeah, they're all part of the media/sports complex that controls the whole thing. Too much money involved for any of these greedy cocksuckers to actually be in favor of an honest contest. Whether it's the NFL, NBA, or the CFP NC, money drives the outcomes.

The NBA will never hire another Serb/Croat Eastern bloc coach ever again.

Those dudes are built different. Most of them lived through civil war either as teenagers or kids and have seen political corruption, communism, family separations and killing up close.

They sure as hell aren't going to be scared to call out a rigged sports league. Just watching that video, sounded like someone was about to get found in the trunk of a car.

NBA will ethnically collude and never hire their ilk again.

Thank God someone had the balls to call a moving screen for once. He sets his feet like he’s legally allowed and AD throws that shot into the stands. Just like he did to Barnes earlier in the quarter.

Good. Refs do whatever they want and get away with it cause the players and coaches are the only ones punished for calling them out on their crap.
