Jim Harden is number one on most disappointing Texas players of all time.

Unreal talent with no Final appearance or ring will haunt his rep. And then you gotta look at him not being able to get it done with a HOF PG and then a 2 year removed MVP PG. Yikes.

Remember when they gave David Robinson the MVP the Hakeem came in and dropped 50 on him

I lived in Houston during the time Clutch City

Dirk is the best player to play in the NBA in Texas though

If NBA basketball was strictly one on one vs a team game, you'd have a point but it is a team game so you don't here

disregarding competition in a way that makes me embarrassed for you.

No I did not, it's like you have amnesia or simply don't read, I just mentioned Hakeem led the 6 seed Rockets in 95 past the 60-win Stockton/Malone Jazz coached by Jerry Sloan, the 59-win Barkley/Johnson/Majerle/AC Green/Tisdale Suns, the 62-win Admiral Spurs, and the 57-win Shaq/Penny/Grant/Scott/Anderson Magic while submitting among the greatest playoff performances of all-time, Houston did not have home court any of those series. I also mentioned Hakeem singlehandedly defeated the defending champ 62-win Showtime Lakers to advance to the 86 Finals where he averaged around 25-10 against McHale/Parish. Telling me I'm disregarding competition.

No team dream was ever a part of would have beaten the golden state warriors that we have seen the last few years.

another piece of speculation/conjecture

not to mention, your boy's 65-win team had a 3-2 lead on these fools then proceeded to blow the final 2 games to get eliminated

next year, your boy and his crew got the Warriors WITHOUT KD AT HOME for Game 6 and blew that chance

we never got to see how y'all would perform in 17 because of your boy's NO SHOW against a KAWHI-LESS SPURS IN GAME 6 AT HOME

also Kawhi led that Spurs team to a 25-point lead over that Warriors team before Zaza pulled that cheap closeout and altered the complexion of that game and series

the whole Warriors superteam hype thing is overblown, I mean a 65-win Rockets team with just CP3 and Harden as their top guys and the rest great role players ALMOST BEAT THEM if CP3 doesn't get hurt, same might've happened next year if they don't blow Game 6. Who knows what the Spurs would've done if Zaza didn't pull that cheap closeout when the Spurs were blowing the Warriors out AT HOME? You don't necessarily need a "Big 3" to win a title in this league even against teams with "Big 3s" you just need 2 great guys and the rest contributing role players like the 90s Bulls and 00s Lakers, I mean Jordan-Pippen defeated the Magic/Scott/Worthy/Perkins Lakers, the stacked Blazers, the Barkley/KJ/Majerle/Chambers Suns, the Kemp/Payton/Perkins Sonics, and the Stockton/Malone Jazz to win rings and those teams were DEEP and STACKED as frick, didn't matter, you overrate this shite big-time, Boom.

the 65 win rockets would have easily disposed of all of these squads. Easily. They took the greatest roster ever assembled to 7 and only lost likely bc it Chris injury. Truly one of the greatest nba teams of all time. none of those teams you mentioned would have had any hope at all to beat the kd version of the warriors.
