Tony Dungy should replace Roger Goodell

Roger Goodell has admitted that he was not listening to the concerns of black players.
His apology is a total admission of his guilt.
He needs to resign as NFL Commissioner effective immediately.
Under Goodell's watch players were ostracized from the league for speaking out against police brutality towards black men.
Malcolm Jenkins and other superstar black athletes in the NFL have pointed out to Goodell the systemic inherit racism in the NFL starting top down.
The NFL took 10 days to respond to George Floyd. The black players that made the 70 second video condemning the NFL's insensitive practices need Goodell to make this right.
Someone like Tony Dungy as the new NFL Commissioner would restore honor and integrity to the NFL starting at the top on down.

Roger Goodell responded with an apology.
