I heard rumblings of this a monthish ago.

Claiming the Glazers have already laid the ground work in past years, so no more hard feelings, and making it so he would want to come back.

pure rumors and speculation.

Bad move for him if true, he should only come back to a team with a good QB

If this happens, something tells me ESPN gave him a heads up he was next on the chopping block.

Hasn’t gruden said multiple times that he has no desire to ever go back to coaching? Why is his name constantly thrown into the rumor mill

He wasn't getting laid off and even if he did he'd still be getting paid so there's no reason he'd have to go back to coaching.

Why exactly is Jon Gruden so sought after? Don't get me wrong, I like Gruden, but outside of his last 2 years in Oakland and first year in Tampa, he wasn't anything special.

As long as Jameis Winston is QB, any prediction of coaching changes is bullshite stuffed with a pig turd and smeared with horseshite. With a dollop of chicken shite on top.

he makes mean faces & curses a lot on the sideline. people seem to think that makes him a great coach. He's just over .500 as a head coach. Hank Stram & Ditka also won a super bowl & have higher winning percentages.

I watched an episode of Hard Knocks and it was evident he still has a passion for coaching, same thing for his QB camp series.

IMO he is just delaying the inevitable, he will coach again.
