He's really up and down. He will make one nice throw and then follow it up with something that isn't even close. I guess that can been expected of a rookie though, even one who is halfway to being eligible to joining the AARP. The WRs are definitely fricking him over on a lot of these plays though. If it hits you in the hands and you aren't diving for it, you have to catch it.

And it's because they're not concerned about Weeden beating them deep. They can send a lot of guys to stop Richardson and some guys aren't blocking well. Joe Thomas and Alex Mack are doing ok, and the rookie is doing so so in run blocking. A lot of upside from what he's shown so far this year, but his pass pro could use a little work.

I disagree. Ingram isn't the type of back that excels getting one carry a drive..... Especially when they know you're going to run the ball every time you go in.

This goes to show that he isn't that good of a back. They know he's going to run with it, because he isn't very good at catching. And if he was good he'd make it happen. Pierre Thomas had over 100 yards on 9 carries a few games ago. I'm not saying I expect Ingram to get 100 yards a game, but 2.9 yards a carry isn't good, I don't care who you are.
