That said, I'd be absolutely shocked if he went in the first round. Like Sebastian Janikowski shocked.

One way to surely prove to Nfl front offices that you have grown up is to throw yourself a party in NYC proclaiming yourself a 1st rounder.

Are some of you LSU fans serious? Y'all think AJ sucks and he completely owned TM7. I like the guy and wish him well but if his job in the NFL calls for lining up across from a WR and covering him he's gonna have a rough career.

He likely has virtually nothing to do with it. A promoter is paying him to use his name and have him appear. He probably had no clue what any of the marketing said.

AJ does suck. Him throwin a few passes in that NC game that were on target doesn't qualify as him owning Mathieu. He had a good game with the attack scheme Saban employed that caught LSU offguard, end of story. Mathieu will continue to be a beast in the NFL in his customary nickel role.
