70?! Jesus Christ I thought he was like in his 50s. Dude still looks great for being born in 1949.

NBA inside stuff was GOAT

You think four divorces would age a man. Instead, new pussy keeps him young

Might be the biggest beneficiary of the entire Jordan documentary.

It really was instrumental in creating the next generation of fans in the 90s. Saturday morning cartoons -> NBA Inside Stuff was great marketing. It's one thing I really miss about having cable. It is harder to get my kids interested in sports when they don't have all the context outside of the games.

Dude has to be a POS / DA to be divorced 4 times.

No Inside Stuff, no TWIB notes, no real nfl films. All 3 leagues really screwed up their best propaganda.

They really need to figure it out and quickly. Even if the show loses money it helps create fans for life.

If you think that's hard to imagine, check out former NFL ref Mike Carey's age.

I’m a bit surprised he’s 70, but you thought he was in his mid 20s covering the Dream Team?

His third wife, Phylicia Rashad divorced him because he "abandoned" her. Guy was apparently spending all of his time globetrotting with MJ and never coming home.

no TWIB notes,
Forgot how much I used to love this. I caught a random episode late one night—not even sure what channel—during this “quarantine.” Flipping channels and immediately recognized Mel Allen’s voice.
It was mainly about a late 70s Expos team with an exciting young outfield of Andre Dawson, Ellis Valentine, and Warren Cromartie. Not sure what year it was, but it seemed Valentine was more established than The Hawk at this particular time. Also had Gary Carter, and I think Tony Perez. Anyway, good times.

Doesn’t surprise me. Dude was like 40 what seems like 30 years ago.

My other Last Dance takeaway is that BJ Armstrong is 52 and still looks like a teenager.

actuaries have the data.
if your woman is 10 or more years younger than you, you live 10 more years than the average for your age.
9 for 9.
8 for 8.
et cetera.

Probably 1979. They were the runner up in the East that year.
