I said that I thought that Tiger did not do it on purpose. I also said that Sergio felt that he did. I speculated nothing.
It has everthing to do with the quote that I responded to. Somebody asked how it was Tiger's fault for the gallery cheering.

I don't think Tiger did it on purpose, and I would think that after things settled down that evening, that Sergio should have felt that it was unintentional as well.

This is just a pussy arse cop out on Sergio's part, and is par for the course. Had Tiger actually made noise himself (ignoring that he didn't know Sergio was hitting), or was grabbing clubs on the tee box, then I could see a possible issue. This is just a pathetic excuse for a bad shot, that ended up being irrelevant after the 17th on Sunday.
