If you were called upon to throw out the first pitch at a game, could you do it? Do you have a wind-up, or would you have to improvise one?

I would show them baws how I used to do it before I broke all 3 knees and tore my ACLs and throw straight gas. Catcher wouldn't be ready for this 69 mph heat.

My stepdad threw out the first pitch for the Texas Rangers. He is a retired Ranger now. Got to meet zito who was impressed at his pitch. He made me play catcher with him for a month in advance and he was bringing gas from the left side.
He asked the pitch gun guy to measure the speed and he brought it in at 82 in his late 40’s right over the plate. The crowd erupted lol.
Was badass.
