Through 11 games, the Saints have played the worst defensive schedule in NFL history

In terms of opponent YPG given up, and the third worst in terms of PPG given up. This despite the fact that they’ve also faced the #1 and #3 overall defenses as well. They have faced the 20th, 24th, 25th, 27th, 28th (twice), 29th, 31st and 32nd ranked defenses. In contrast, the 2011 Saints offense faced seven of the top 12 defenses in football.
Their stats against the two good defenses they’ve faced? 305 YPG and 23.5 offensive PPG, both below the league average.
Just something to think about come playoff time.

I'd like to see those defensive ranks outside of the games vs the saints. hanging 50 on a team kinda messes up their rankings

I'm a Saints fan if I have to be a fan of one NFL, but the fan boy shite is exhausting. The melt on this site if they don't win the Superbowl is going to be incredible.

Nobody is saying they don’t have a great offense, just that it might not be an all-time great offense.

Outside of the Saints, Baltimore has given up 15.6 ppg. No one has scored more than the Saints’ 24 in Baltimore this season.
