I am indifferent to both teams, though I do think the Rocket fan base should each be forced to EABOD as the worst fans in basketball.
That said, it was officiating. Were there missed calls? Sure. Was it out of sorts? Was it anything that was openly egregious or blatantly one sided? No.
Officiating, on its best nights, is about making as few mistakes as possible. Some nights its better, some nights its worse-- but it isn't the culprit here. No one is stealing games from the Pels.

Actually that is 5.5 per game. And the blazers have the worse FT differential of any team in the playoffs. And who did they play?

Draymond takedown on AD directly in front of the ref that was shittily called a double foul. Even during that replay Chris Webber is asking "where is the foul on AD?"
No call on a jump ball six inches away from a ref at the end of the game.
That's just off the top of my head.
AD is tops in the league at drawing fouls yet he's taken 4 fts this series. It stinks and its bullshite.

I am seeing ‘no egregious misses’ from the top posters. That tells me all I need to know. There will be missed calls EVERY GAME.

Nah, not showing up in a win or go home game with the teams two best players out is as bad a look as you get. Refs frick shite up in sports in general. I didn't say one time that the refs cost us this game. But I damn sure know they didn't call the game evenly. Is what it is.

Refs affect every game. Do they affect the outcome, win or loss. In my opinion NO. The players determine who wins and who loses.
The issue is that people only acknowledge the referees affect on the outcome when their team loses.

Dude has 3 40 point games this postseason on no more than 25 shots. Shooting over 50% from the field. Cavs won and LBJ played below average. I'd say TOR needs to be worried.
