Not smart to keep a 33-36 year old Horford around on a long term pricey deal.
We caught the tail end of his prime and it's time to let him go.

The love Tatum gets for what he is is ridiculous.

He took them to Game 7 ECF as a Rookie.
Giannis hasn't gotten that far and he's been in the league for 6 seasons.

I said it last year, Kyrie is overrated.
Ask almost anyone in Boston and you'll hear people that are glad to have Kyrie out of the locker room. Dude was the definition of a cancer.

Now that the cancer is gone I expect they’ll surprise a lot of teams.
Aren't you the dude who hates on LeBron constantly?
Now Kyrie is a cancer who drags teams down? I assume this logic isn't valid in 2016.

If Horford is looking for a huge payday then tell him you wish him well and pay Vucevic instead.
A starting five of Smart, Brown, Hayward, Tatum, Vucevic gets you to the ECF.

I agree with this. I was fine with the one year player option but didn't like the idea of having to sign him to a three year contract. I'm fine if he walks.

Kyrie bombing and AD not coming sucks
They could easily sign AD in 2021 with Kyrie gone.

I’ll bet you any sum of money that the Lakers will not win the 2019-2020 NBA Finals right now.

to be fair, Giannis is shouldering much more of the load, but it is a legit point of contention...

right now
of course not... they are damn near about to have only 3 guys under contract, with how piss poorly they calculated the AD trade financials...
an aging Lebron, an injury prone AD, and Kyle Kuzma… he may be WISHING he got shipped, here pretty soon...
