He's right. I'm an old fart who grew up watching Bill Russell, Bob Cousy, Wilt, Oscar and all the other greats. The era of MJ, Magic, & Larry was great. I don't watch today's NBA.

There is no substance to your opinion. Nor did you own your opinion. You generalized the state of today's NBA, which is in fact awesome. I loved the 90's and early 2000's, but it doesn't take away the value I get out of today's NBA one bit.

The NBA has its best product in decades, it probably has the most entertaining product in all sports, no controversies, no one in getting into legal trouble, and the youth movement is incredible

That's your opinion. I respect it, I just don't agree with it.

Please go on. What is the problem with today's NBA?

Don't give me that "they just don't care in first half" BS. You could only watch like 6 bird or magic regular season games. I seriously doubt they gave a shite in December too

It's not an opinion. I, emphasis on I, don't like today's NBA game.

which part? the shooting? the ball movement? the de-emphasis on the big man? the analytics? the 3 pointers? the neo-defense (post-illegal defense)? the 0-guard? 3/d wing players? dwight howard?

Damn, I didn't realize I was the only person in the USA that disliked the NBA.

Too many marginal teams, way too many marginal players, matador D, other than a couple, not great coaching. It's my perception, right or wrong, that today's game is all about ME, ME, ME.

So the Golden State Warriors, San Antonio Spurs, Boston Celtics, OKC Thunder is all about me? And show me prof of this matador D because I don't see people put up 70 on a nightly basis. Yeah everyone has an opinion but yours is an empty one

saying you dislike the NBA is fine

saying it was better in the 70s and 80s is going to raise eyebrows
